Responsibilities

  • Integrate resources to achieve Haleon product performance targets in NKA chains, ensuring growth rate exceeds customer category growth
  • Collaborate with retail team to develop investment strategies, lead headquarters annual framework negotiations, and assist key regional framework negotiations
  • Develop nationwide integrated marketing schemes to promote pure sales growth and market share increase
  • Develop and implement innovative projects
  • Conduct data analysis, insights, and related reporting
  • Handle daily visits and business cooperation with external NKA clients
  • Communicate business with internal sales teams, exchange information, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing on annual activity calendar and IMC plans
  • Collaborate with Commerce to ensure sufficient inventory, smooth shipments, and manage NKA client inventory
  • Collaborate with CE for flow tracking and platform data provision
