工数計画管理：受注案件・見込み案件の工数負荷と総勤怠時間を予測し、営業への受注促進や外注化を推進。
プロジェクト進捗管理：エンジニアリングチームや他部門と連携し、社内スケジュール策定、出図状況・調達品納期の監視・フォロー、円滑なコミュニケーションを図る。
