Responsibilities

全社オペレーション改善：エンジニアリングチーム全体の生産性向上を目指し、課題特定、改善策提案・実行（プロジェクトワークフロー策定、PurchaseBOM導入、電子日報化、システム選定、在庫管理ツール作成、予実管理ツール作成、仕損費・リコール費定義など、新規業務企画）。
工数計画管理：受注案件・見込み案件の工数負荷と総勤怠時間を予測し、営業への受注促進や外注化を推進。
プロジェクト進捗管理：エンジニアリングチームや他部門と連携し、社内スケジュール策定、出図状況・調達品納期の監視・フォロー、円滑なコミュニケーションを図る。
