Responsibilities
The New Ventures Principal will conduct industry research by working with external partners to explore and analyze markets and trends, perform competitive analyses, and identify current best practices and market leaders. They will collaborate with the New Ventures team to assess strategic and operational priorities, conduct deep market research, and develop high-impact business opportunities, working cross-functionally with teams across Redesign Health. Additionally, they will support concept development and project evaluation, coordinate with the New Ventures and Finance & Strategy teams to lead capital raising and recruiting for launched businesses, identify key efficiency opportunities, implement core operating initiatives, and develop initial financial models and KPIs.
