Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or Social Sciences

Responsibilities

  • Support in preparing and refining presentation materials for the Chief of Staff
  • Maintain tutorials, organizational homepage, and related content
  • Assist with project management, including tracking of projects, resources, and events as directed by the Chief of Staff
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in curriculum management and coordination
  • Coordinate and provide support for Townhalls, All-Hands meetings, and Fireside Chats, including preparation and communication
