Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
Understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities
Embody and communicate Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving lives of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
Develop local strategic and tactical plans, manage differential resource allocation, and handle budget and expense management within the territory
Drive sales performance by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually, following compliance guidelines
Effectively use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions based on customer needs in a compliant manner
Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, sharing information with internal stakeholders
Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and identify/select appropriate programs/resources for each customer/practice
