Responsibilities

  • Set efficient brand strategy and ensure proper planning and execution of Marketing programs and Sales execution to deliver unparalleled customer experience
  • Leverage Lilly brand perception in Neuroscience domain as a partner to ensure high-level new product Launch execution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the Marketing team, uncovering customer (Health Care Professionals) insights, using strategic market data and analysis to support product strategy development
  • Lead a team of Sales representatives and Alzheimer’s Ecosystem Manager, coaching each to exceed sales results and provide exceptional customer experiences, enabling successful implementation of corporate strategies across the affiliate
  • Lead commercialization for Neuroscience in Türkiye
  • Coach and develop direct reports using Lilly Marketing & Sales Competency models to improve individual/team performance and develop skills for future career opportunities
