Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience, along with a proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development, particularly within primary care physician practices. Willingness to travel up to 50-75% is required, and physical requirements include sitting for prolonged periods and using computers extensively.
The Network Development Lead will engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts, achieving annual growth targets. They will extend and negotiate participation agreements using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign software, capture recruitment progress within shared systems, coordinate with field teams for referrals, participate in strategy development sessions, provide input on best practices, conduct outbound prospecting, and respond to inbound leads. Additionally, they will document notes, activities, attachments, and updates on recruitment progress and conduct audits.
