The Physician - Primary Care Clinician Manager (PCCM) is an integral member of the Clinical Leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical care, professional development, and practice administration. This role is critical to achieving key objectives related to talent development and practice advancement, focusing on improving patient care and quality, facilitating practice communications, and partnering with internal teams to enhance provider recruitment, training, and development. The PCCM cultivates a learning and working environment that promotes lifelong learning, professionalism, and outstanding clinical quality. Responsibilities may include occasional travel, presenting at conferences or business development calls, and participating in or championing clinical initiatives and Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement projects. The PCCM collaborates with VPC Leadership to provide stewardship of the practice.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: $174,320 - $246,230 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The starting base salary will depend on several job-related factors unique to each candidate.
