Responsibilities

The National KA Manager is responsible for establishing annual joint business plans (JBP) with Key Account (KA) customers, setting quarterly and monthly targets, plans, and budgets to achieve sales volume and growth within allocated expenses. This role involves leading KA headquarters negotiations, coordinating with branch offices, tracking performance, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with regional RKAMs to ensure effective communication and execution between KA headquarters and key branches. The manager will ensure the correct implementation of company marketing strategies and activities, analyze relevant markets for resource allocation, and collect/feedback market information to predict risks and advance business. They will maintain professional client visits, build stable relationships with KA headquarters and key branches, monitor inventory, sales, and incoming stock to ensure adequate inventory levels, and work with sales colleagues to ensure smooth supply. The role also includes completing required reports, undertaking other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors, and utilizing marketing materials for product promotion.
