The National Accounts Manager should possess at least 10 years of full-cycle sales or sales leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of above-target performance against peer groups and experience selling seven-figure deals is encouraged. Strong preference is given to candidates with experience in residential mortgage banking fintech, and a demonstrated ability to build sales teams and culture, as well as present executive-level business cases.
As a National Accounts Manager, you will build trusted advisor relationships with both new and existing sales team and customers, creatively generate sales pipelines, consistently achieve revenue targets through modern sales techniques, lead the sales cycle from discovery to deal close, aligning business value to customer objectives, identify and develop new opportunities and cross-functional champions, and exhibit grit by experimenting, pivoting, and maintaining resilience in the face of obstacles.
