Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management, and have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within a transportation or logistics environment. Strong analytical skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel, are required, as is familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, KNIME, PowerBI, and Power Automate. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong capacity for prioritization and accountability, is also essential.
As an Innovation Manager, the individual will drive continuous improvement and elevate digital capabilities to support the Private Fleet’s rapid expansion, collaborating closely with a multi-functional team to implement innovative operational strategies and optimize digital workflows. They will ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, track the progress of sustainability projects, highlight innovative practices and outcomes, and contribute to shaping a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within P&G. The role involves owning operational success, engaging in discussions across various departments and external partners, and potentially requiring limited travel for onboarding and training. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for leveraging data to drive systemic improvements, loss elimination, and fleet operations management.
