Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to provide in-depth technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including solution design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and align with the company's product offerings
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's full product line, including software and hardware solutions, as well as competitive offerings
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers
Engage directly with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges

Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and feasible
Collaborate on complex projects that require a deep understanding of both technical and sales aspects
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars
Act as a technical ambassador, showcasing the company's products and solutions to potential customers and partners
