Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven project management, along with leadership and management experience of multi-location teams. A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field is preferred, and the ability to travel at least 90% of the time, work with fluid schedules, and stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts is required.

Responsibilities

As a Multi Unit Site Leader, you will support your team of local Operation Associates in their daily efforts to ensure proper direction for managing day-to-day operations in a retail and/or MFC environment, coach and develop Operation Associates, track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics to measure success, serve as a liaison between department rollout and local execution, ensure sites are operating at appropriate staffing levels, anticipate needs, and be available during peak hours and to support facilities on weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
