The Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE) is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Operations Lead to serve as a force multiplier to our Chief Operating Officer. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive enablement—ensuring enterprise goals are met, KPIs are tracked, and operational excellence is consistently delivered. This individual will work side-by-side with the COO—attending critical meetings, owning operational priorities, connecting dots across the enterprise, and codifying the systems that drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver on business outcomes. This position will be a natural delegation partner for the COO, and provide backup support across the Operations team as needed.

The Operations Lead’s responsibilities will span across five main areas: operational enablement, meeting & information management, cross-functional communication & coordination, enterprise insight & foresight, and executive administrative support. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
