The Operations Lead should be highly strategic and execution-focused, thriving at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive enablement, with the ability to ensure enterprise goals are met and operational excellence is consistently delivered. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
The Operations Lead will partner with the COO to execute strategic initiatives, monitor and report on enterprise-wide KPIs, design and maintain operational rhythms, serve as the COO’s primary thought partner in meetings, optimize scheduling and workflow, act as an integrator across business functions, own special projects, coordinate meeting logistics, oversee the NYC office location, and anticipate operational needs while codifying frameworks and systems to scale enterprise knowledge and execution.
