Responsibilities
- Embody Flow’s hospitality standard — ensuring every Neighbor and Guest feels cared for, known, and welcomed
- Provide daily hospitality support at the front desk — greeting, assisting, connecting, and listening
- Check Hotel Guests in and out of the community using Cloudbeds
- Welcome Neighbors, Guests, and Visitors to the community with a handmade coffee, tea, or matcha
- Support package deliveries and pick-up requests from Neighbors and Guests
- Provide front-line security while operating at the Front Desk
- Keep shared spaces beautiful, event-ready, and aligned with Flow’s standards
- Create moments of surprise and delight that reinforce Flow’s culture of care
- Guide Neighbors through Move-in Requirements: payments, insurance, app sign-up, and surveys
- Coordinate logistics for move day: elevator reservations, parking, delivery access
- Communicate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure the unit is spotless and move-in ready
- Inspect each New Neighbors’ Unit and sign-off on its cleanliness, functionality, and furniture arrangement where applicable
- Attend Weekly New Neighbor Meetings to review active move-ins and advocate for Neighbor needs
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the Move-in Experience process
