Responsibilities

Increase orders, sales, profit, and market share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, regional sales team support, local/national "trade show on-site" activities, and education support for regional customer groups
Expand knowledge of sales area, product line, market, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policies/strategies
Continuously develop higher levels of knowledge and skills
Understand the basics of key business drivers and use this understanding to complete work
Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the field
Exercise some autonomy to make decisions within defined frameworks
Resolve issues encountered in prescribed procedures with good business knowledge and judgment; consult more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills; communicate provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units
For customer-facing roles, establish strong customer relationships and act as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare
Present technical information to others
Execute standard sales tasks, with latitude to rearrange sequence based on changing work situations; responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories
