Requirements

Experience in MR or CT required, commercial experience on top of that would be a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French is a must
Able to work in a fast paced environment, adaptable to change
Analytical and solution oriented mind-set
Understanding of networked environments, able to work in a complex matrix organization
Willing to travel, primarily throughout Belgium
Tri-lingual proficiency in Dutch, French and English

Responsibilities

Drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for the MR and CT portfolio in Belgium and Luxemburg
Follow-up of GE HealthCare products to the medical community by supporting and coordinating the local activities with onsite clinical in-servicing, go-live support, and organization of onsite events both for clinical as commercial purposes
Act as the go-to person for all topics related to the MR and CT modality across segments
Increase orders, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction levels within the MR/CT segments in Belgium
Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a high level customer satisfaction while optimizing GE resources
Drive the sales of interventional product lines and solutions
Organize clinical site visits to showcase our solutions and latest innovations
Collaborate with the Modality Manager to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment
Prepare and coordinate responses to tenders and validate tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team
Effectively monitor the market and provide up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues
Ensure compliance with the company’s quality policies and processes
