Requirements

  • Experience in MR or CT required, commercial experience on top of that would be a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French is a must
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, adaptable to change
  • Analytical and solution oriented mind-set
  • Understanding of networked environments, able to work in a complex matrix organization
  • Willing to travel, primarily throughout Belgium
  • Tri-lingual proficiency in Dutch, French and English

Responsibilities

  • Drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for the MR and CT portfolio in Belgium and Luxemburg
  • Follow-up of GE HealthCare products to the medical community by supporting and coordinating the local activities with onsite clinical in-servicing, go-live support, and organization of onsite events both for clinical as commercial purposes
  • Act as the go-to person for all topics related to the MR and CT modality across segments
  • Increase orders, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction levels within the MR/CT segments in Belgium
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a high level customer satisfaction while optimizing GE resources
  • Drive the sales of interventional product lines and solutions
  • Organize clinical site visits to showcase our solutions and latest innovations
  • Collaborate with the Modality Manager to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment
  • Prepare and coordinate responses to tenders and validate tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team
  • Effectively monitor the market and provide up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s quality policies and processes
