Requirements

  • Radiography degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated MR experience in a clinical environment
  • Practical MR expertise with hands-on experience
  • Teaching and presentation skills with proven ability to deliver structured training
  • Knowledge of MR systems (GE HealthCare or competitor products)
  • Experience in MR research is an advantage
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of working time annually)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical education training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE HealthCare MR equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity
  • Follow all Clinical Education management procedures (coordination, visit preparation, reporting, debriefing, customer satisfaction surveys)
  • Proactively escalate customer issues and needs within the organization
  • Deliver in-depth presentations and demonstrations for MR products and services
  • Develop and present training materials for classroom courses
  • Support industry events such as congresses, exhibitions, roadshows, and user meetings
  • Provide remote education training as backup for onsite sessions
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies, applicable laws, and regulations
  • Maintain an effective Quality System aligned with company standards
