Requirements

The candidate should possess four years of experience in mobile user acquisition or mobile growth, preferably in a high-scale B2C or gaming/entertainment app environment. A strong track record managing mobile performance campaigns across Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social, and other ad networks and DSPs is essential. Expertise in mobile analytics and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase, proficiency with ASO techniques for both iOS and Android, and a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem including attribution models and privacy changes are required. The role also demands strong data literacy, experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, and comfort managing budgets across geographies.

Responsibilities

The Mobile Performance Marketing Lead will develop and execute mobile marketing strategies for RMG, financial, and gaming applications across global Android and iOS platforms. This includes leading a team of UA managers, hands-on execution across various ad networks and DSPs, and partnering with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. The role involves driving A/B testing for creatives, placements, and targeting, analyzing campaign performance and user cohorts using BI tools, and staying updated on platform changes. Additionally, the lead will manage vendor relationships, oversee ASO activations, and develop the User Acquisition team.
