Position Overview

• Employment Type: 1099 (Freelance)
• Salary:
  • $77.33 per intake session completed (60-minute)
  • $58 per follow-up session completed (45-minute)
  • $30 for all no-show appointments
  • $60 per hour for attending monthly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with clinical leadership

Mantra Health is seeking independently licensed Missouri therapists to provide virtual therapy to college students. This is a fully remote position within the US. We are dedicated to revolutionizing student mental health care, partnering with universities and colleges across the country.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must be a licensed therapist in the state of Missouri (MO).
• Experience: Experience providing therapy to young adults preferred.
• Technology: Reliable internet access and a computer with a webcam and microphone.
• Commitment: Minimum 10 hours of commitment requested, with flexibility to adjust based on student volumes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions.
• Conduct 45-minute follow-up sessions.
• Attend monthly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with clinical leadership (paid at $60/hour).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide culturally sensitive care to students.

Work Weeks And Hours

• Minimum Availability: At least 10 hours per week of availability (on average) during the academic year.
• Flexibility: Ability to flex up and down depending on student volumes.
• Weekday Shifts: Work anytime from 9:00 am to midnight Eastern Time.
• Weekend Shifts: Work anytime on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time.
