Responsibilities

Cleaning and disinfection of used rental products
Preparation, inspection, and preparation of products for delivery to customers
Performing minor repairs under the supervision of the technical supervisor
Reporting repair needs for larger damage
Reporting the need for spare parts
Taking back therapy products in the service center
Supporting delivery and setup of ready-to-use products at the customer’s location
Supporting the collection of unclean or defective products from the customer
Ordering spare parts, consumables
Adherence to quality processes
Ensuring a clean and orderly work environment (Service Center, workshop or depot)
Rotation in another service center, as agreed upon
