Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and disinfection of used rental products
  • Preparation, inspection, and preparation of products for delivery to customers
  • Performing minor repairs under the supervision of the technical supervisor
  • Reporting repair needs for larger damage
  • Reporting the need for spare parts
  • Taking back therapy products in the service center
  • Supporting delivery and setup of ready-to-use products at the customer’s location
  • Supporting the collection of unclean or defective products from the customer
  • Ordering spare parts, consumables
  • Adherence to quality processes
  • Ensuring a clean and orderly work environment (Service Center, workshop or depot)
  • Rotation in another service center, as agreed upon
