Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in hardware engineering and/or data engineering, with firsthand experience in environments like propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, flight testing, or building data models that users can use to make decisions
Strong intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems, thinking in systems with attention to big picture and details, and intuition for math and physics encountered by customers
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently, steering conversations and projects with honesty
Dynamic leadership and team player qualities, with humility, eagerness to learn, empathy, and a track record of spotting and solving problems
Proven project management skills, with experience turning technical concepts into reality and managing the full cycle from planning to deployment
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

Responsibilities

Deploy and integrate Nominal's technology into customers' high-stakes operational environments, tailoring solutions to fit perfectly
Build and grow relationships with customers, acting as an account manager and product expert to establish deep, productive partnerships and expand Nominal's presence and impact
Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure users understand and fully utilize Nominal's products
Gather feedback from user experiences and turn it into actionable insights for continuous product improvement
Identify issues and solve them autonomously to streamline operations and keep technology ahead of the curve
Act as the bridge between Nominal and customers, translating needs into solutions and ensuring seamless collaboration
