  • 4+ years of professional experience in hardware engineering, with firsthand experience in environments like propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, or flight testing

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and integrate Nominal's technology into customer operations, tailoring solutions to high-stakes environments
  • Build and maintain relationships, acting as account manager and product expert to grow Nominal's presence and partnerships
  • Train and support users to ensure they understand and fully utilize Nominal's products
  • Gather feedback from user experiences to provide actionable insights for product improvement
  • Identify and resolve issues autonomously to streamline operations and keep technology ahead
  • Serve as the bridge between Nominal and customers, translating needs into solutions and ensuring seamless collaboration
