Requirements

Candidates should possess experience working within Homeland Security missions, with a preference for interagency or law enforcement (LE) experience. A U.S. Persons status is required, along with a current U.S. Top Secret-level clearance to access U.S. only data systems.

Responsibilities

The Mission Development Lead will identify DoD mission groups needing technology and develop partnerships to drive deployments of software. They will scope and implement pilots with partners, expand successful pilots into larger projects, and enable DoD senior-level visibility on mission wins, developing shared roadmaps with partners for scaling these wins into larger-scale projects. They will also work hands-on with partners to navigate complex organizational, contracting, and budget pathways, and ensure mission users have access to the software by identifying problems and enabling understanding of its value.
