Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of digital design experience in an agency setting, thrive on solving complex UX problems and possess strategic insight to deliver premier visual design solutions, have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, possess a strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user experience, visual design, and branding for digital products, be able to define opportunities as well as experience requirements by understanding individual business intricacies along with market opportunities and user needs, have experience creating innovative design concepts for digital products and marketing websites, be able to design wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to visualize the entire experience based on the defined user flows, collaborate with front-end developers to oversee the design implementation and ensure the quality of the end product, possess strong written English skills, and have a timezone within a 2-hour range of CET.

Responsibilities

The Middle UI/UX Designer will partner with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver the end-to-end user experience of digital products and marketing websites, working conceptually and iteratively with direction from Design Directors to execute world-class design for a wide array of clients, and define opportunities as well as experience requirements by understanding individual business intricacies along with market opportunities and user needs.
