Requirements

  • Entry-level position in Customer Growth
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 2 clients
  • Serve as focal point for client's business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate feedback to Product teams)
  • Coordinate with different internal teams
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs (gross profit, margin%, cross-sells, NRR, tier2 to tier1 transitions)
  • Ensure client's account is properly set-up (account creation, route management, sender registration, content filtration setup and maintenance)
  • Monitor and minimize health risks in cooperation with Revenue Assurance (financial collections and netting)
  • Analyze and forecast client's traffic to ensure business growth, minimize losses, maximize GP/revenue
  • Collaborate with Self Service team for transitions/upgrades, ensure thorough internal handover and smooth customer handoff
  • Use Infobip’s internal tools (Qlik, SU, SF) for account setup, monitoring, troubleshooting
  • Cooperate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, CPaas Registrations, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, Revenue Assurance)
  • Update client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF)
  • Participate in team collaboration, ongoing education, and training sessions

Responsibilities

  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through relationship management
  • Meet performance goals including Gross Profit, Margin Percentage, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Client Retention Rate, Product/Service Adoption Rates, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell Gross Profit
  • Achieve overall customer health and business growth for assigned clients
  • Ensure proper account setup enabling client activities based on agreed business scope
  • Monitor and take actions to minimize account health risks
  • Analyze client data and forecast traffic for proactive business management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Manage transitions between Self Service and Managed services
  • Utilize internal tools for account management and troubleshooting
  • Update activities in CRM tools like SF
  • Continuously develop skills through team collaboration, education, and training
