Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in the SaaS industry, is essential, along with experience selling workplace software solutions.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and generating a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead management. They will also conduct customer discovery using MEDDPPICC methodology, identify and develop champions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closures and exceptional customer experiences.
