Requirements

  • Individual contributor in regional structure with direct reporting to Chapter Lead
  • Ability to sell Infobip’s product/service offering to SMB clients (Tier 2) in designated area
  • Proactive in recommending solutions to clients
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to acquire new business and logos
  • Keep CRM system up to date with prospect and client progress information

Responsibilities

  • Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sales to Tier 2
  • Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to target account list in designated team/squad
  • Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with MM AMs to sell and maintain account health
  • Cross-sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation) as required
