  • Ability to read and understand architecture, electrical, structural, and AV systems drawings

Responsibilities

  • Configure Teams and Zoom systems to optimize performance, user experience, and security
  • Manage version control to ensure compatibility with integrated systems
  • Regularly update and maintain AV systems to address security vulnerabilities, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems (hardware, software, network)
  • Provide timely support for AV system emergencies
  • Provide technical support to users, including training on system usage
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles
  • Use tooling to track system performance and identify potential issues
  • Implement security measures to protect AV systems
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
