Responsibilities

Configure Teams and Zoom systems to optimize performance, user experience, and security
Manage version control to ensure compatibility with integrated systems
Regularly update and maintain AV systems to address security vulnerabilities, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems (hardware, software, network)
Provide timely support for AV system emergencies
Provide technical support to users, including training on system usage
Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Use tooling to track system performance and identify potential issues
Implement security measures to protect AV systems
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans
