Knowledge of all aspects of trust accounting and securities processing, as well as their relationship to performance measurement services, acquired through work experience
Leadership and organizational skills to develop periodic goals and manage/motivate team members
5 to 7 years of financial operations experience, including managerial experience
Some educational or experiential background providing a basis for understanding performance analytics
Responsibilities
Manages an analytical services group, including conducting the performance management process, providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions, and providing hands-on training to staff
Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of work
Participates in all division management meetings and decision-making processes to understand business plans and expectations of the group
Works with client servicing manager and consulting staff to understand client expectations and specific levels of support needed
Works with operations managers to establish standards of performance required to meet business objectives and client expectations; evaluates actual performance against expectations to identify areas for continuous improvement
Provides on-the-job guidance to the group and ensures all necessary resources are provided to accomplish priorities
