Responsibilities

Gestionar y supervisar al equipo de su sucursal a cargo
Administrar los recursos disponibles y las actividades desarrolladas en la Sucursal, a través de la definición e implementación de estrategias operativas y comerciales encaminadas a la promoción y venta de productos financieros
Maximizar el nivel de servicio otorgado a los clientes y alcanzar las metas de captación y colocación fijadas por la institución
Acompañamiento con el equipo de sucursal y apoyarlos para su desarrollo y crecimiento profesional según el puesto al que quieran crecer
