Requirements

  • Formación profesional de grado medio/superior en administración, gestión o similar
  • Se valorará formación complementaria en atención al cliente, finanzas o gestión documental
  • Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas, gestión de incidencias o atención al cliente (mínimo 1 año)
  • Se valorará experiencia en entornos bancarios, seguros o servicios financieros
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Familiaridad con sistemas de ticketing o CRM
  • Buena capacidad de organización y atención al detalle
  • Habilidad para seguir procedimientos establecidos y mantener la confidencialidad

Responsibilities

  • Revisión de documentos y expedientes enviados por sucursales de España
  • Realizar altas, bajas y cambios de titulares de cuentas bancarias
  • Actualización y registro de documentos de liquidaciones, tarjetas de crédito y débito, estados de cuenta
  • Revisar y analizar documentación relacionada con reclamaciones, disputas y posibles fraudes
