5+ years of experience as a Facebook/Instagram Media Buyer managing high-scale campaigns ($50k+/day)
Proven expertise in targeting all stages of the customer journey: unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware audiences
Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex sales funnels and advertorials that drive 7-8 figure revenue
Advanced mastery of Meta bidding strategies (cost cap, bid cap, target ROAS) at scale
Extensive experience with offer testing, rapid iteration, and scaling winning campaigns
Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, custom audiences, and lookalike audience scaling
Strong analytical skills - able to use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau to optimize performance in real-time
Confidence in managing high-stakes budgets and delivering consistent ROAS at scale

Responsibilities

Design and manage high-scale Meta campaigns ($50k+/day) across the full funnel: unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware audiences
Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, including landing pages, advertorials, and retargeting sequences, to maximize revenue and ROAS
Conduct rigorous offer testing to identify winning promotions and scale them quickly
Leverage advanced bidding strategies (cost cap, bid cap, target ROAS) to maximize efficiency and profitability at scale
Scale campaigns aggressively while maintaining performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) across high budgets
Analyze campaign performance and data to refine audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimization
Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to develop thumb-stopping ad creatives - copy, visuals, and video - tailored to each funnel stage
Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
