Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology
- Assist members with purchasing decisions
- Locate merchandise for members
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Promptly unload trucks
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conduct safety sweeps
- Follow forklift spotting procedures
- Follow procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Correct and report unsafe situations to management
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies
