Responsibilities

Acquiring clients from the agricultural sector for cooperation
Full diagnosis of client needs (including short- and long-term perspectives), matching the bank's offer with appropriate financing structure
Structuring transactions and preparing credit recommendations for agricultural sector clients
Scheduling meetings at the client's premises to understand the specifics of the agricultural farm operations
Presenting solutions to clients based on information from banking systems and using available tools
Providing information on the current offer of banking and leasing products and services targeted at the agricultural sector
Organizing acquisition meetings
Initiating changes to improve/adapt products/services/processes to client needs and increase bank competitiveness
Achieving goals and tasks while supporting the results of the entire team and region
Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in banking IT systems
Current and systematic registration of client contacts in the system
Offering and promoting banking and leasing products for agricultural sector clients
