Responsibilities

  • Acquiring clients from the agricultural sector for cooperation
  • Full diagnosis of client needs (including short- and long-term perspectives), matching the bank's offer with appropriate financing structure
  • Structuring transactions and preparing credit recommendations for agricultural sector clients
  • Scheduling meetings at the client's premises to understand the specifics of the agricultural farm operations
  • Presenting solutions to clients based on information from banking systems and available tools
  • Providing information on the current offer of banking and leasing products and services targeted at the agricultural sector
  • Organizing acquisition meetings
  • Initiating changes to improve/adapt products/services/processes to client needs and increase bank competitiveness
  • Achieving goals and tasks while supporting the results of the entire team and region
  • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in banking IT systems
  • Current and systematic registration of client contacts in the system
