The role seeks candidates with 10+ years of experience in memory system architecture, scheduling algorithms, and controller architecture, though candidates at various experience levels are welcome and will be assessed during interviews.
A deep understanding of JEDEC standard DRAMs (GDDR, HBM, LPDDR, DDR) is required, along with hands-on experience building performance/power simulators or developing memory IPs in HDL. Experience with 3D-stacking, advanced packaging, custom memory, DFI, die-to-die interfaces, and strong communication skills are strong pluses.
