Candidates must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator, possess self-motivation, demonstrate strong B2B communication experience, exhibit excellent time management skills, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel approximately 25%. Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business is preferred, along with strong closing and relationship building skills.
Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and community organizations, building strong relationships with potential partners, meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, adhering to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies, and prospecting for new sales opportunities.
