- Communicate and support membership by providing info on types/programs/benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, completing marketing recaps/documentation, meeting membership goals, and promoting Sam's Club value
- Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, assisting with register/self-checkout transactions, and filling club pick up orders
- Oversee assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, organizing/maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting members with transport, utilizing cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
