  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; analyzing information; monitoring progress; and identifying improvements
  • Demonstrated promotion of ethics, integrity, compliance, and use of Open Door Policy
  • Leadership skills in teams, including sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback/support, and adapting to change

Responsibilities

  • Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals/feedback, training on processes/procedures, providing direction/guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting/hiring/scheduling/promoting/coaching/evaluating associates
  • Communicate and support membership by providing info on types/programs/benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, completing marketing recaps/documentation, meeting membership goals, and promoting Sam's Club value
  • Provide and ensure member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service tech, handling transactions at registers/self-checkout, and filling club pick up orders
  • Oversee assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, organizing carts/flatbeds, assisting with item transport, using cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Complete accounting records/files/transactions/documentation by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating cash overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy
