- Communicates and supports membership by providing info on types/programs/benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, maintaining documentation, meeting membership goals, and promoting Sam's Club value
- Provides and ensures member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service tech, handling transactions at registers/self-checkout, and filling club pick up orders
- Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, organizing carts/flatbeds, assisting with item transport, using cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- Completes accounting records/files/transactions/documentation by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy
- Develops, communicates, and implements processes/practices to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing/applying information, monitoring progress/results, and identifying/addressing improvements
