Responsibilities

Lead investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues
Pull engineers together as a team to fix customer problems
Acquire a broad and deep understanding of Pure Storage's full software stack
Present complex product issues and solutions to engineering peers and executives, representing customer interests
Create and maintain services and tools to diagnose and protect the health of an ever-growing fleet
Create next-generation analytics to monitor fleet health and anticipate new problems
Represent Pure Storage Engineering in interactions with customers to enable million-dollar deals
Participate in on-call rotation to rapidly respond to product outages worldwide and help maintain/improve world-class uptime
Tackle complex customer issues and architect innovative software solutions to analyze and predict the health of thousands of distributed customer systems globally
