Responsibilities
Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking them promptly, friendly, and professionally
Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalating to management when necessary
Maintain clear understanding of merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify frontline to rectify immediately
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure execution of daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look)
