Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook
  • Knowledgeable in SharePoint (encouraged but not required)
  • Contract or proposal writing experience required
  • Pharma experience (a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task/plan numerous meetings simultaneously while demonstrating a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever changing team environment, while also able to work independently
  • Exceptional customer service-oriented skills with a polished, professional presentation
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Account Management team, internal Leveling team and client to oversee Speaker Contracting
  • Provide updated contracts/addendums to the HCPs
  • Enter speaker trainings, confirm certifications and complete speaker compliance updates
  • Provide leveling updates, record and report any issues related to speaker training or contracting to the client
  • Assist HCPs with their compliance training updates and completion of online
  • Prepare daily reports to be shared with Account Management and Client
  • Assist with implementation of any new processes and compliance updates received from the client; update SOP documents as any and all updates are made
  • Have pristine attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, faculty and vendors
