The Medical Editorial & Content Operations role involves acting as the final editor for educational content, ensuring clarity, clinical accuracy, and consistency across various formats. Responsibilities include owning and evolving editorial policies, managing medical review workflows, and establishing content governance. The role also entails leading a cross-functional content production team, optimizing workflows, managing content intake, collaborating with product, UX, and marketing teams, and overseeing the migration of content to a new LMS. Additionally, this position involves managing direct reports, vendor relationships, and associated budgets.
