What You'll Do

  • Apply advanced technical editing skills to content across formats: articles, clinical protocols, scripts, and more.
  • Uphold standards across editorial and clinical style guides, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and medical standards.

Content Standards & Governance

  • Own and evolve editorial policies, medical review workflows, legal compliance processes, and publishing checklists.
  • Create documentation and tools to support consistent quality from internal and freelance contributors.
  • Establish scalable protocols for sourcing, reviewing, and distributing written and multimedia content.

Content Operations Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional content production team, including program managers, writers, copy editors, and media producers.
  • Maintain and improve workflows, tooling, and documentation for on-time, high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and triage of content and education requests from across the business.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Managers on LMS strategy, content prioritization, and user signals.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers on content hierarchy and LMS experience.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers on content cadence and platform engagement strategy.
  • Work with Legal reviewers to ensure all content meets Fullscript’s compliance and quality standards.

Content Platform Migration

  • Lead editorial curation and migration of legacy and new content to the new LMS.
  • Optimize tagging, taxonomy, and discoverability of content for a streamlined learner experience.

People & Vendor Management

  • Manage direct reports across editorial and content operations.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor relationships for medical writing, copyediting, design, and production.
  • Administer budgets, contract scope, and resource planning.

What You Bring
