Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required, along with three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment. Candidates must possess the ability to retain scientific information, demonstrate strong technical aptitude, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of publications projects from inception to completion, including facilitating multidisciplinary project teams and interfacing with internal departments. Responsibilities include meeting client and management expectations, building and maintaining strong faculty relationships, and ensuring programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters. The role involves budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation, managing external suppliers, keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives, providing ongoing updates to internal team members and clients, and managing resources. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee and facilitate the development of all project activities, schedule and conduct team meetings, and maintain company policies and standard operating procedures.
