Completed vocational training as a Mechatroniker, Electrician, or equivalent
Analytical skills and ability to clearly describe and document problems
Responsibility and high level of independence and flexibility
Excellent communication skills in German (native or at least B2 level)
Experience with maintenance work (electrical & mechanical)
Advanced knowledge of PLC and control system programming
Ability to analyze and systematically solve technical problems
Interest in working with technical issues
Experience working in shifts (desirable)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical condition of production machinery (operation, inspection, repair, maintenance)
Independently identify and resolve defects
Support innovation projects and test run activities (installation, commissioning)
Apply and implement work systems to eliminate losses (Lean Manufacturing)
Active participation in the daily prioritization process (e.g., shift handover) including coordination of any parallel tasks
Apply and implement all safety and quality standards
Operate and record data using digital control and recording systems (e.g., SAP)
Close collaboration with production-related functions and teams
