This is an onsite position located in Midland, Texas.
At least 5 years of related experience maintaining machinery and industrial service equipment, including engines, compressors, fans, motors, generators, and pumps, with experience maintaining CAT 3600 series and Ariel compressors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reading and interpreting P&IDs, charts, and manuals, using measurement tools and complex equipment like bolting and hydraulic tools, basic math skills, and the ability to work overtime and in teams.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license meeting company insurability requirements and compliance with the company’s drug and alcohol program.
The role requires the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, respond to call outs and emergencies, and may include occasional travel with overnight visits to other compressor locations.
