Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (required and must be maintained in good standing)

Responsibilities
Oversee meat department operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, maintaining inventory, and merchandising excellence
Optimize financial performance while supporting operational execution and product quality, adhering to company policies and procedures
Oversee the preparation, cutting, packaging, and merchandising of fresh meat products following company guidelines
Oversee meat production process, including slicing, weighing, packaging, and labeling of meats, cheeses, and prepared foods while following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Demonstrate full proficiency in executing operational functions of the department
Foster open communication, trust, and a safe, collaborative environment; acknowledge contributions and support team success
Ensure daily execution of GOLD Member Standards; engage with Members friendly and helpfully to create a premium shopping experience
Address Member questions or concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to a supervisor
Maintain club standards, perform daily responsibilities accurately to support key performance areas and club goals
Use supplies responsibly, follow scheduling expectations, complete tasks efficiently, and follow best practices to drive club results
