Requirements

Candidates must possess any graduation degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas, and experience with automation projects using VBA or MS Access are required. Experience with PowerBI and strong communication, organization, facilitation, and collaboration skills are also necessary, along with adaptability and experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Analyst will create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time, while also delivering ad hoc reports. Responsibilities include identifying trends and anomalies in data, providing insights to stakeholders, and automating reports to minimize manual effort. The role involves tracking business performance through data and insights and managing employee behaviors related to reporting.
